Register or order, online or in person, for any of our products or services

We may also receive your data indirectly from our event sponsors and partners, or your industry peers and colleagues.

Process your order and fulfil the services and products you selected

Improve our Site, our services and product offerings
For each event we hold, if you provide consent as part of the registration process, we will share your data with other delegates and the sponsors of that event, so that they may offer you their products and services or make direct contact for other reasons.
When we process your order, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from:
credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases
marketing applications to manage mailings, analyse data and fulfil the service or deliver the product you selected.
How do we store your data?
We securely store your data in the servers of reputable data service providers, including HubSpot (CRM), MailChimp (Mailings), e-SurveyPro (Surveys), Dropbox (Record keeping), TicketSpice (Registrations), Wix (Websites) and Stripe (Payment Gateway).
We will keep your personal information for 12 months after you have unsubscribed from all of our products or services. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your digital data manually.
We will keep your transactional data with related personal information for up to 9 years from the transaction. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your digital data manually and any hardcopies will be shredded.
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our sponsors and partner companies as applicable from time to time.
